JV LLC "Sakhalin-Shelf-Service" participates in the national project "Labor Productivity."

With the involvement of the Regional Competence Center, we began to implement lean manufacturing, improving management and processes. A model production flow was created at the enterprise, and a team of employees was formed to implement changes and ensure subsequent independent work.

Participation in the national project helped optimize the time spent on equipment maintenance. The company implemented the "5S Workplace Organization" standard. Workers in production began to create conditions for the efficient completion of operations.

For the successful implementation of measures under the national project "Labor Productivity" and active participation in deploying "Lean Production" tools, company employees were awarded letters of appreciation by the Minister of Sakhalin Region for Effective Regional Management.
