An agreement has been signed to extend the validity of the company's collective agreement

On February 12, 2025, A. V. Shatalov, CEO of Sakhalin-Shelf-Service LLC, Z. G. Galeev, chairman of the primary trade union organization of Sakhalin Western Seaport, and Kim Seung-do, a representative of the employee collective, signed an agreement to extend the validity period of the enterprise’s collective agreement until 2028.

The collective agreement establishes additional measures to support employees, in addition to those provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. This is how the company implements the principles of high social responsibility and partnership with the team in practice.
